Here are the instructions for booking your conferences.
STEP 1: Click the above link and choose all of the teachers you would like to meet with for all of your students. – Click submit – select if you have one student or more than one– fill in the information – click submit (not Login)– you will then receive an email at the address you provided. If you do not receive an email within 30 minutes please check your spam folder. If you still have not received an email from PTCFast please contact Ms. Noble in the paraprofessional office.
Step 2: From the email – click the link at the bottom that says click here – choose a time for the teacher highlighted in purple. – Click on the top of the column of another teacher and it will highlight in purple and then choose a time for that teacher. –Repeat the process until you have chosen a time for all of the teachers. (the times you choose will appear in the column on the left as you make your choices and you can change the time for any teacher at any time during this process) – You can add another teacher or student in the column to the left if needed. – When all of your selections have been made click confirm at the bottom of the screen (it is not necessary to fill in the information at the bottom) – log out – you will then receive an email confirmation with all of your information and instructions should you want to make any changes from PTCFast.
