Registration for Parent-Teacher conferences is now open. Conferences will take place on December 3, 2020 from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm and Friday, December 4, 2020 from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. All conferences will be virtual. To arrange a meeting with your child’s teachers please complete the following steps prior to November 28, 2020:
- Visit Canvas to see your child’s class schedule and list of teachers by logging into Canvas found on the school webpage https://www.lenoxps.org/lmmhs/ under login. It is the first drop down option. If you are unable to access Canvas, please contact us at 413-637-5560.
- Use this link https://www.ptcfast.com/schools/Lenox_Memorial_Middle_High_School , to access the Conference Registration site, PTCFast. Determine which teachers you would like to have a conference with, include all students you are booking conferences for and then click submit.
(Please note: The Drama teacher is Mr. Petillo not the teacher listed. Please schedule with Mr. Petillo.)
- Select if you have one or more student. Fill in the name of the child for each conference. Click done with names proceed to registration. Fill in your name and contact information. Click Submit
- Please note: If you have more than one child per teacher and would like a conference for each child, you will be able to add conferences in the final step. If you are having difficulties with this step, please call me for help. (Carol Deets 637-5560 extension 6605)
- You should receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes. This email will allow you to select the times for each meeting. If you do not receive an email from PTCFast, (please check your spam folder) please contact Carol Deets at 413-637-5560 extension 6605.
- From the PTCFast email, click the link at the bottom that says click here. One of the teachers will be highlighted purple. Choose your time for this teacher. Then click on one of the other teachers listed to the far left of the page and choose a time for this teacher. Continue this process until you have chosen a time for each teacher. In the left side column, you will see a list of all the times you have chosen. You can make changes at any time during this process. You can also add a teacher or student from the bottom of the left column. If you have students with the same teacher this is where you will choose to add a conference.
- Once you have made your selections click, confirm at the bottom of the screen and log out. You will receive a confirmation email of all your conference times. There will be instructions in this email should you wish to make any changes. In the confirmation email, next to location will be the ZOOM link for that conference.

If you would like to have a meeting with any of our school counselors, please send them an email requesting a meeting time prior to December 1, 2020. The counselor will arrange a meeting and send you a Zoom link.
